Bio

Ian Patrick Gibb is a Florida based singer and actor most notably known for touring with the criticaly acclaimed 25th Anniversary Production of Les Misérables where he played Jean Prouvaire and understudied the role of Marius.

Ian currently resides in Orlando, Florida where he sings Tenor 1 in the world famous, eight-part acapella group The Voices of Liberty at Walt Disney World and is also a studio session singer.

Ian attended Oklahoma City University and receievd a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theater under the vocal direction of Dr. William Nield Christensen. Ian has performed with Paper Mill Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, Pittsburgh CLO, Music Theater Wichita, The Fireside Theater, and the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and has played such roles as Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (BroadwayWorld Award for Best Actor), Lucas in The Student Prince, Dean Hyde in All Shook Up, and most recently Lt. Frederic Charlus/Quasimodo u/s in the US premiere production of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

As a session singer, Ian has recorded on projects for Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disney, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Saks Fifth Avenue, 20th Century Studios, Disney Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and PerformerStuff.com. Ian also appears on the original American cast recordings of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Honk! and has recorded two albums of his own Fill in the Words (2012) and The Time of Year for Miracles (2012).
